Financial Project Management for IT
Techniques for managing, tight schedules, ever changing resources, labor rates, the execution and control of Information Technology Projects. Additional focus on scope, time schedule, resources, earned value, and costs specific to large scale IT projects. Issues specific to the management of IT employee turn over, training and retention will be discussed. Additional techniques for workplace analytics and reporting will be discussed. In class exercises and case studies.
